Business & Financial Consulting Services

Investment Packaging & Structuring:

Pricing is generally based on a flat-fee per deliverable of investment packaging services for partial or full preparation by JCF. For those that require advisory only or for more complex offerings, fees are determined on an hourly basis at the rate of $150.00 per hour.

All-inclusive investment packaging services will be offered at a flat-fee rate of $25,000 for all deliverables payable in five installments and includes three months of capital advisory services upon completion.

Other:

Pricing is determined on a per project basis at the rate of $50 to $150.00 per hour.

  • Transactional Mergers and Acquisitions (P&S agreements, due diligence, etc.)
  • Valuations (discounted cash flows, etc.)
  • Break-Even and IRR or return analysis
  • Accounting and Tax Reporting (financial statements, tax returns, loan applications, etc.)
Capital Advisory Services

Our capital advisory services are generally based on a three month period of transaction advisory, document preparation, submission, and closing support. We collect a minimal retainer of fees based upon the amount of upfront work JCF needs to provide prior to the marketing of a deal relative to the transaction advisory services and document preparation required. All other fees are deferred until funding with credit for retainer paid. As CFO, VP of Finance, or Director, JCF provides credibility to the transaction and offering documentation submitted to our investor network.

CAPRaise Engagements

General terms of engagement are based on the following:

  • Engage JCF as CFO, VP of Finance, or Director (with limited scope)
  • Initial three month term with auto renewal
  • Minimal retainer of $3,000 per month or $9,000 upfront to cover advisory, preparation, and other support costs
  • Milestone bonus and other deferred compensation payable upon funding with full credit for retainer paid

Limited terms of engagement (i.e., ventures with limited budgets):

Pricing is flexible for select limited engagements that require little to no upfront advisory or preparation assistance or have limited budgets.

  • Engage JCF as advisor to review existing documentation and prepare a targeted list of accredited investor contacts (to be provided in Excel) by searching within our network and matching the client and project profile to the investor that would have interest (full contact details including name, address, telephone number, etc.)
  • No term or ongoing support required
  • Minimal retainer of $3,000 for 100 targeted investor contacts or $6,000 for 200 targeted investor contacts covering initial diligence review and investor research
  • Milestone bonus and other deferred compensation payable upon funding with full credit for retainer paid
